eMoSys Expands Its Testing Capabilities 🚀

To provide our customers with even greater reliability and efficiency in development and certification processes, we have invested in a new Memmert CTC256 climate chamber.

With this addition, we are now able to simulate and validate a wide range of temperature and climate profiles in accordance with DO-160, the key certification standard for environmental testing of airborne electronic equipment—at an early stage. This represents a crucial step toward faster and more reliable certification processes.

Key features of our new climate chamber:

· Wide testing range: -42 °C to +190 °C and 10–98% relative humidity

· High coverage of relevant DO-160 test requirements

· Spacious test volume for complete electric propulsion systems (motor & power electronics)

· Preconfigurable climate profiles for maximum reproducibility
