With our final Scale Up Workshop of the year, we took the opportunity to reflect on the progress we've made, capture key learnings, and set the course for the road ahead.

Throughout the year, these workshops have helped us not only sharpen our strategic priorities but, more importantly, translate them into meaningful actions. After all, sustainable growth is not driven by great ideas alone, but by clarity, accountability, and consistent execution.

What stands out every time is the mindset of our leadership team: open, collaborative, solution-oriented, and willing to challenge existing perspectives in order to keep moving forward together.
