What does good teamwork mean to me? Support, trust, and the sharing of knowledge.

Alongside my role as a technical product designer, I’m currently pursuing further education to become a certified technician – and I truly appreciate the strong support from my colleagues, who openly share their expertise and accompany me throughout this journey. This mutual assistance and trust within the team enable us to develop innovative products and high-performance electric motors – while continuously learning from one another. A good working environment, to me, means not only professional collaboration but also genuine human connection. I especially value that we get along well not just during work, but also enjoy spending time together outside of it – strengthening our team spirit and creating a foundation of trust that makes productive work possible.
