As Managing Director of eMoSys GmbH, I combine technological innovation with entrepreneurial responsibility. My motivation is not only to develop pioneering electric drive systems, but also to successfully transfer them into applications for mobility and aviation.

My path to eMoSys
My professional career began in corporate controlling at the Knauf Group, where I held various international controlling and analysis positions as well as reporting to top management. There, I developed a deep understanding of corporate management, investment decisions, and the economic evaluation of technological developments.
In 2017, I joined eMoSys, initially responsible for finance and project management. Shortly thereafter, in April 2018, I assumed operational and strategic leadership of the company as a managing partner. Since 2023, eMoSys has been a wholly owned subsidiary of MTU Aero Engines AG. As CEO, I am working with our team to shape the further development of innovative electric drive solutions for the mobility and aviation of tomorrow.
Today, my focus is on the strategic development of the company, the establishment of international partnerships, and the successful implementation of ambitious technology programs.
