Our leadership team recently came together again for the next Scale Up workshop – another focused and highly valuable session dedicated to growth, alignment, and execution.

This time, the emphasis was not only on revisiting our strategic priorities, but also on sharpening how we translate them into concrete actions. Because sustainable growth requires more than good ideas – it takes clarity, commitment, and consistent follow-through.

What stands out every time is the mindset within the team: open, solution-oriented, and willing to challenge assumptions in order to move forward together.
