Recently, our team leaders took the time to focus on what really matters: strengthening collaboration and team spirit – in a truly unique setting at the high ropes course at Lake Ammersee.

Between height, challenges, and plenty of fun, the day was all about building trust, pushing boundaries, and supporting each other.

Afterwards, we continued on the TeamYacht, where we tackled various tasks together – with a clear focus on teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

A big thank you to our mentor Paul from the Ammersee high ropes course for guiding us through the day and providing valuable insights.

We wrapped up the event with a wonderful culinary evening, enjoying great food and even better conversations.
